01 / Capabilities

One connected view.
From concept to field.

Technology projects start with a job to get done. Explore the systems TTS brings together, from individual devices to coordinated fleet and facility deployments.

01

Fleet technology

Telematics · Fleet cameras · Connected equipment

GPS and telematics devices, fleet camera systems and connected equipment. Project scope can include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, replacement and documented testing.

02

Facility connectivity

Networking · Wi-Fi · Cellular connectivity

Network equipment, Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity brought together around the needs of your site. We scope the environment, equipment and installation requirements before work begins.

03

Custom solutions

Research · Prototypes · Integration

Bring an operational challenge or a product idea. Scope the research, compare technologies and develop a prototype before committing to a full deployment.

04

Ongoing support

Diagnostics · Maintenance · Continuity

Plan how your system will be documented, maintained and supported after installation. Coverage and response commitments are defined for each agreement.

02 / Think beyond the installation

Illustrative concept / not a completed TTS project

“We need visibility.
There’s no power.
And no wired internet.”

A remote yard could need cameras, connectivity and independent power working as one system. The first deliverable is a feasibility study—not a promise that every idea is ready to build.

  • Define the jobCoverage, environment, runtime and operating responsibilities.
  • Research the systemCompare devices, connectivity, energy needs and integration options.
  • Prove the approachPrototype and test against customer-approved acceptance criteria.
  • Plan the deploymentDocument costs, qualified partners, maintenance and handover.

03 / How a project takes shape

Clear decisions.
At every stage.

Research and development are real work. Separate stages make the deliverables, budget and next decision visible before the project moves forward.

01 / DISCOVER

Define the outcome.

Capture your requirements, constraints and budget. Scope a paid feasibility engagement when research is needed.

02 / DEVELOP

Test the solution.

Select components, coordinate specialist input and validate a prototype against agreed requirements.

03 / DEPLOY

Make it operational.

Approve the rollout scope, then configure, install, test and document the completed system.

04 / SUPPORT

Keep the context.

Hand over documentation and training, with ongoing support available under a separately defined agreement.

04 / A decade in the field

A decade in the field.
Behind every solution.

TTS starts with 10 years of hands-on experience from founder Joshua Elder—installing, integrating and servicing the technology businesses depend on.

Fleet devices. Facility systems. Custom integrations. That field experience shapes how we approach your project: understand the problem, work through the details and test the result where it has to perform.

01 / REAL CONDITIONS

Built for the field.

Power, connectivity, mounting and the operating environment belong in the plan from the start.

02 / THE WHOLE SYSTEM

Beyond the device.

Hardware, software and infrastructure need to work together. We approach the connections, not just the components.

03 / PROOF IT WORKS

Tested. Documented. Handed over.

Clear acceptance criteria, practical testing and usable documentation carry the project through to handover.

05 / Bring us the problem

Start with what
needs to work.

You do not need a finished equipment list. Bring the operational challenge. We can scope the research, compare options and map a path to a working system.

FLEET ROLLOUT

“We need every vehicle set up consistently.”

Plan device configuration, vehicle access, installation standards and acceptance checks before the rollout starts.

REMOTE CONNECTIVITY

“This site needs a reliable connection.”

Assess coverage, connected equipment and operating conditions to compare practical connectivity options.

CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT

“Can these technologies work together?”

Define the requirements, investigate compatibility and test a prototype before approving a larger build.

Example project requests. Each solution is scoped for the customer; these examples are not completed TTS projects.

06 / Meet the founder

Joshua Elder

FOUNDER / TEXNOCORE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

Ten years of installing, integrating and servicing technology inform how I approach a project.

I started TTS to bring that experience into a business where customers can bring a problem, work through the options and get a solution built around their operation.

My focus is practical: understand what needs to happen, work through how the systems connect and make the handover useful to the people who will operate them.

07 / Where we work

Stockton roots.
Serving California.

Based around Stockton and serving California, TTS scopes technology projects for commercial fleets, facilities and businesses. Site access, travel and scheduling are reviewed as part of each project.

08 / Before we start

A few useful answers.

Clear scope, a practical plan and a shared definition of what a successful project looks like.

Can I bring an idea without knowing what equipment I need?

Yes. Start with the outcome, operating environment and constraints. A paid discovery or feasibility engagement can establish requirements and compare options before equipment is selected.

Can TTS work with equipment I already own?

Existing equipment can be included in the assessment. Compatibility, condition, account access, manufacturer requirements and any warranty limitations need to be reviewed before we commit to supporting it.

Do you take on a single vehicle or a larger rollout?

Both can be considered. The project brief helps establish device count, location, scheduling and the work involved so the engagement can be scoped appropriately.

How are custom projects priced?

Research, prototype development, equipment, deployment and ongoing support are scoped separately where appropriate. The deliverables, price or spending limit and approval points are agreed before each stage begins.

What happens after installation?

The scope defines testing, documentation and handover. Ongoing diagnostics, maintenance or support can be included under a separate agreement with specific coverage and response commitments.

How do I start a project?

Use the project planner to organize the outcome, environment, equipment count and timing. Start with a project brief or visit our Contact page to reach project inquiries, sales, support or billing. The planner creates a brief for you to keep; it does not submit your answers. We review your requirements before agreeing to any work.
